PackFlow EPR Terms of Service

1. Purpose & Scope of Software

PackFlow EPR provides software tooling designed to assist e-commerce merchants in organizing product packaging specifications, calculating material masses from store fulfillment feeds, preparing statutory reporting formats (such as German ZSVR LUCID XML), and maintaining cryptographic audit trails.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

The merchant ("User") remains exclusively responsible for:

• The factual accuracy and verification of all packaging component weights, materials, and transport dimensions entered into or approved in the system.
• Obtaining and maintaining valid statutory producer registrations (e.g. �6 LUCID registration with ZSVR in Germany).
• Entering into legal system participation agreements with certified Dual System operators or Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs).
• Reviewing, approving, and officially submitting statutory reports and data declarations to government portals.

3. No Legal or Tax Advice

PackFlow is a technical data management and calculation platform. PackFlow is not a law firm, tax consultancy, or authorized Dual System operator. Use of PackFlow does not constitute legal or tax advice. Merchants should consult qualified legal counsel regarding specific national regulatory obligations.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous uptime and accurately update calculation models in response to official regulatory revisions. However, PackFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
